2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of placing your order will apply. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Ordering
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance. In case of stock unavailability after order placement, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, Net Banking, and major Credit/Debit cards. Payment must be completed before dispatch (except COD orders). We do not store financial information — all transactions are processed by certified payment gateways.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping across India with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary for remote areas. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
6. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging. Consumables, special-order items, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.
7. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page. Warranty claims must be directed to us — we will liaise with the brand on your behalf. Warranty is void for damage caused by misuse, modification, or accidents.
